Cub Scouting is unique in that it offers avenues for opportunities for your 6 to 11 year old boy to learn respect for God, family, community, and country. Cub scouts are also introduced to skills that they will continue to develop in Boy Scouting if they choose to “bridge” into the Boy Scouting program in fifth grade. These skills include first aide, camping and outdoor skills, leadership skills, and the importance of community volunteerism. Cub scouting is also just plain fun. Boys can participate in the pinewood derby, Cub Scout day camp, overnight camping, Scout-o-Rama, and much, much more!
